Why a Light Switch Delay?

Light sources can be divided into 2 type:

• Non-dimmable
• Dimmable

1. When Non-dimmable driver led light turn on, first to start the capacitor charge, when the capacitor voltage exceeds the power chip start voltage, the power chip will start working;
2. When Dimmable driver led light turn on, this power supply will generally use the MCU to do dimming control, for ensure reliability, will add some delay, and other power supply stability and then output control, to avoid flicker and jitter; (Or  due to an incompatible dimmer switch. )

So, LEDs have a specific delay when turning them on. when driver have power, the lights have a delay, this is a normal.
